The Board of Governors of AIU is the governing body that monitors and reviews the University’s overall operations and provides the strategic planning-oversight of the educational character and mission of the University. The BoG also safeguards the implementation of the University’s Constitution, rules and regulations and policies and ensures that every authority, officers or committee(s) keeps within its power and terms of reference.
