
AIU Explores Academic Collaboration with UCSI University Bangladesh Branch Campus

ALOR SETAR, 12 January 2026 – Albukhary International University (AIU) held a strategic discussion with UCSI University Bangladesh Branch Campus on 9 January 2026 to explore potential academic and research collaboration, with a focus on social business, sustainability, and regional engagement.
The discussion took place at the Vice Chancellor’s Office, AIU, and was chaired by Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Mohd Saleh, Vice Chancellor of AIU. Also present were Prof. Dr. Annuar, Acting Dean of the School of Business and Social Sciences (SBSS), Madam Aliaa Diyana Zamri, Head of Programme for BBA Human Resource Management, and Prof. Mizan Rahman from the Faculty of Business and Management, UCSI University Bangladesh Branch Campus.
Key areas discussed included student and staff mobility initiatives such as short-term exchanges, academic visits, and guest teaching, alongside potential research collaboration in social business, sustainable development, and socio-economic impact.
The engagement reflects AIU’s continued commitment to strengthening international academic partnerships and advancing social business education within the region.
