AIU HRM Society Hosts “HRM Get-Together 2025” to Strengthen Bonding Among New Students

ALOR SETAR, 4 December 2025 – The Human Resource Management Society (HRM) of Albukhary International University (AIU) successfully hosted HRM Get-Together 2025 on 30 November 2025, an engaging community event aimed at strengthening bonds among HRM students and welcoming the new intake into the programme.

The event opened with a Seniors’ Sharing Session themed Classroom to Careers. Two seniors from the BBA (Hons) Human Resource Management programme, Monir Mohammed Hamid and Ousman Ceesay, shared meaningful insights on academic growth, career preparation, and navigating professional pathways. Their experiences encouraged students to seize opportunities, build networks, and stay focused throughout their AIU journey.

Associate Professor Dr. Norizan Binti Azizan delivered closing remarks, highlighting the importance of mentorship, continuous development, and strong community support within HRM. Tokens of appreciation were presented to both speakers.

The second session, held at the Male Multipurpose Hall (MPH), featured fun sports activities and team games, offering students a lively platform to connect, collaborate, and build friendships. Prizes were awarded to the winning teams, making the event both exciting and memorable.

HRM Get-Together 2025 successfully fostered unity, strengthened student relationships, and created a warm start for the new HRM cohort.
