AIU Thunderbirds Soar to Victory in DiscWar Frisbee Tournament 2025 with Support from CSAA
ALOR SETAR, 5 November 2025 – The AIU Thunderbirds have made history by clinching the Champion title at the DiscWar Frisbee Tournament 2025, held on 18 October 2025 in Kuantan, Pahang.
Competing among five formidable teams, the Thunderbirds showcased outstanding teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, securing their first-ever championship victory and marking a proud milestone for the AIU sports community.
This remarkable achievement was made possible through the unwavering support of Albukhary International University (AIU) and the Centre for Student Affairs and Alumni (CSAA), whose encouragement and commitment continue to drive student excellence both on and off the field. Special appreciation also goes to the team’s dedicated coach, Mr. Zack, for his guidance, motivation, and belief in the players.
