INSAN pays working visit to AIU, discusses recruitment and funding initiatives for new students from Yemen

ALOR SETAR, 10 October 2025 – Albukhary International University (AIU) recently welcomed a working visit from Pertubuhan Pembangunan dan Bantuan Insan (INSAN), also known as the Development and Human Relief Society, to explore potential collaboration in supporting underprivileged students, particularly from Yemen.

The delegation was received by Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Mohd Saleh bin Jaafar, Vice Chancellor and President of AIU. The discussion focused on opportunities for student recruitment and financial sponsorship for the October 2025 Intake, complementing areas not currently covered by AIU’s existing support schemes.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to develop a cooperation framework aimed at advancing sustainable student support and humanitarian partnership.
