The Vice-chancellor and President of AIU Engages With Kelantan Education Authorities

ALOR SETAR, 21 February 2024 – The Vice Chancellor and President of Albukhary International University (AIU), Emeritus Professor Dato’ Dr. Abd. Aziz Tajuddin visited Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sultan Ismail in Kota Bharu, the Kelantan State Education Department and Sekolah Menengah Sains Pasir Puteh in Pasir Puteh on February 18th and 19th 2024, as part of the university’s engagement initiatives.
The visits provided an opportunity for the Vice Chancellor and President of AIU to connect with school principals, counselors, and State Education Officers, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.
Throughout the visits, discussions revolved around the recruitment of bright students from underprivileged backgrounds, aiming to provide them with scholarships to pursue their studies at AIU.
Additionally, Emeritus Professor Dato’ Dr. Abd. Aziz spoke about AIU, scholarships, admission procedures, the Social Business ecosystem within the university, and the 3ZERO initiatives designed for students.
The reception from the schools and the State Education Department was overwhelmingly positive, with administrators expressing enthusiasm for future collaborations and appreciating the shared mission along with a gesture of goodwill from AIU.
This initiative underscores the university’s dedication to promoting academic excellence and advancing educational opportunities for all.
