The 3Zero Club (Zero Unemployment) concentrates on programmes and projects encouraging AIU students and the young generation to become job creators rather than job seekers. The club conducts digital and entrepreneurial programmes to equip young generations with relevant 21st-century skills.

Towards Zero Unemployment

AIU SBDL started early 2020, from the idea of 3 zeros proposed by Prof Yunus, and comes aligned with AIU niche area of social business.
Our students started to establish 3 zero clubs and run some social business activities.

Objective

  1. How to generate income from YouTube
  2. Participation in the 3ZERO CLUB convention, 12th Social business day (Promoting AIU and SBDL activities globally in a very important international event/Zero unemployment member win the award of best key deputy person during the event and AIU YSBC won the best affiliation institution)
  3. Registering YSBC Albukhary International University as an Affiliating Institution to the 3ZERO Club. (To help our students organise their programmes, guide implementation programmes, and connect university faculty and students. Furthermore, we’ll extend our support as much as possible in the following areas: offer training facilities, help organise competitions, connect our students with resource persons, and give them technical assistance).
  4. How to establish a successful business (The Workshop Session explained and assisted students to start and build their own businesses. We provide an amazing speaker to talk about starting a business, his experiences suggested various useful tips to start a successful business)
  5. Web development: 0% Coding workshop (Workshop on basics how to do websites development using WordPress without coding)
  6. Presenting Zero-unemployment cluster in global social business summit 2021 (One member of the cluster (Khadija Bakar) presented about the cluster activities in the summit).
  7. Essay competition participation. (One member of cluster (Khadija Bakar) has participated in the essay competition organized by global 3 ZERO club. And she got the first runner up)
  8. Start Your Own Business: Web Development Perspective workshop. (Enhance the business mindset of AIU students and increase their abilities to get a better chance to be involved in the career markets/Prepare students on how to do Marketing in order for them to generate money for their own business/Developing and designing business idea within a days)
  9. Productive uses of Microsoft Excel in daily life workshop. (Instil and make awareness of the digital skills in Microsoft Excel)
  10. MS OFFICE 101 workshop (Instil and make awareness of the digital skills in MS OFFICE)
  11. The Practical Steps for efficient problem Analysis (To train students in soft skills development which will help them to excel in their future career through problem solving skills)
  12. Poster Design Inspiration. (Inspire our students in designing skills and producing posters for their activities and events)
  13. Starting a Career Post COVID-19: Challenges and Opportunities
  14. How to create a professional LinkedIn profile (To introduce to our students one of the most important self-marketing platforms worldwide known as LinkedIn)
  15. Freelancing Workshop: Your talent is your money
  16. 3ZERO Club Launching – Connecting Youth for Global Action (To introduce the Social Business Design Lab and 3ZERO Club/Launching of AIU-3Zero Club/Promote 3Z club social business competitions. This event run with collaboration with other clusters)
  17. Social business dialogue-Prof. Yunus with AIU students (Meet and discussion with Prof Muhammad Yunus about social business/Lunching SBDL)
  18. Social business poster competition (Competition between different social business projects that been done by AIU students/Each group present their project in a single poster to the judges and present their main idea and social impact)
