AIU Hosts Coaching Session for BAZNAS Scholarship Recipients to Foster Academic Excellence and Leadership Growth
ALOR SETAR, 12 March 2026 – Albukhary International University (AIU) successfully hosted the Coaching BAZNAS Scholarship Programme on 8 March 2026 at the AIU Auditorium. The programme was organised by the AIU Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) in collaboration with the Centre for Student Affairs and Alumni (CSAA) and Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS).
The programme was designed to provide guidance and development opportunities for students who are recipients of the BAZNAS Scholarship. The session featured structured sharing, mentoring, and discussion activities aimed at enhancing students’ academic performance, leadership capacity, and personal development.
The coaching session was led by Zidan Fazri Ramadhan from Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), who served as the programme mentor. During the session, participants were encouraged to cultivate discipline, accountability, and a strong sense of amanah in managing the opportunities and trust given to them through the scholarship.
Through this initiative, the programme also aimed to strengthen the recipients’ understanding of their responsibilities and commitments as scholarship beneficiaries while motivating them to maximise the opportunity provided through the scholarship.
The successful organisation of the programme reflects the strong collaboration between student organisations and university departments in supporting student development and empowering scholarship recipients to achieve academic excellence and leadership growth.
