ALOR SETAR, 26 February 2026 โ The Postgraduate unit at Albukhary International University successfully conducted Postgraduate Research Workshop Series 4 titled โThesis Writing Guidelines and Formatting Using Microsoft Wordโ on 11 February 2026.
The workshop introduced newly approved thesis writing guidelines and formatting requirements that will apply to all future postgraduate thesis submissions. The session aimed to ensure students clearly understand the latest standards and are able to apply them accurately using Microsoft Word.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Mohd Zuli Bin Jaafar from Universiti Teknologi MARA Jaasin, Melaka. He provided step-by-step guidance on proper thesis structuring, formatting consistency, pagination, headings, referencing layout, and technical adjustments in Microsoft Word to meet institutional requirements.
The session equipped postgraduate students with practical knowledge to improve thesis presentation quality, ensure compliance with the updated format, and enhance overall academic writing standards.
