AIU Shines On The Global Stage at ICASF 2025

ALOR SETAR, 29 December 2025 — Prof. Dr. Nor Azilah Husin and Mr. Amirul Syafiq Mohd Ghazali represented Albukhary International University (AIU) at the 3rd International Conference on Advancing Sustainable Futures (ICASF 2025), held from 10–11 December 2025 at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi.

Organised under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, the conference brought together global scholars and leaders under the theme “Shaping the Future: Synergies Between Nature, Technology, and Society.”

ICASF 2025 attracted over 800 participants from 90 countries, featuring 99 parallel sessions, 10 high-level panel discussions, and specialised workshops in collaboration with Elsevier, focusing on university rankings and Fourth-Generation Universities.

AIU’s participation strengthened its global academic presence, fostered international collaboration, and reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and global engagement.
