AIU Quality Assurance Department (QAD) provides professional services of guidance, support, monitoring, evaluation and assurance to the quality, recognition and standards of the ongoing development and implementation of educational management and academic programmes. All policies, measures, processes and actions are developed, reviewed and maintained by the department to ensure that all framework and provisions laid down by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Ministry of Higher Education and other related accreditation and governing bodies are adhered to. Serving as liaison with external parties in realising AIU quality assurance agenda is also part of the responsibilities of the QA Department, aside from research and consultative activities related to quality assurance.
