AIU Adjunct Professor Inspires Students through Motivational Talk on “Unleashing the Leader in You

ALOR SETAR, 19 September 2025 – The School of Business and Social Sciences (SBSS), in collaboration with the AIU Business and Marketing Society (BMS), Albukhary International University (AIU), successfully organized a motivational talk for students titled “Unleashing the Leader in You” by SBSS Adjunct Professor, Mr. Mohd Adam Mohd Said from Profess Consulting Group.

The session aimed to inspire students to recognize their leadership potential, build self-confidence, and embrace responsibility as a core aspect of leadership. Mr. Mohd Adam emphasized that leadership is not about authority but about values, influence, and inner qualities. He also shared practical strategies for self-awareness, communication, and ethical decision-making, which strongly resonated with the participants.
The talk had a significant impact, motivating students to rethink their approach to leadership and encouraging them to apply these qualities in their academic, personal, and future professional lives.
