CV Writing Skills Workshop provides students with expert guidance and industry insights
ALOR SETAR, 27 May 2025- On 12th May , students participated in a highly beneficial CV Writing Skills Workshop held at the AIU Auditorium, aimed at enhancing their professional readiness. The workshop was conducted in two parts, combining practical advice with valuable real-world insights.
The first session, led by Dr. Muath Khalil Amayreh focused on how to effectively write a CV. It covered the key components of a strong curriculum vitae, including appropriate language, structure, and formatting. A step-by-step guide was also provided to help students understand how to tailor their CVs for various job opportunities.
The second part of the workshop featured a special guest speaker, Mr. Rami Sharaf, who recently joined as an adjunct professor at Albukhary International University. Connecting with the students virtually, Mr. Rami—CEO of a multimillion-dollar company—offered a rare insider’s perspective on what employers look for when reviewing CVs.
His session was both interactive and inspiring, as he personally answered many student questions and shared practical advice based on his extensive industry experience. The students appreciated the opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned business leader.
