AIU Leadership Hosts a Dialogue Session With Albukhary Dialysis Centre Staff

ALOR SETAR, 22 February 2024 – ALOR SETAR, 22 February 2024 – Emeritus Professor Dato’ Dr. Abd. Aziz Tajuddin, the Vice-Chancellor and President of Albukhary International University (AIU), conducted an interactive dialogue session with the staff of Albukhary Dialysis Centre on February 20, 2024, held at the centre’s premises.

The dialogue covered important aspects of staff’s well-being including job satisfaction, motivation, fostering a positive work culture and environment, promoting open communication, and acknowledging outstanding staff through rewards and recognition.

During the session, Emeritus Professor Dato’ Dr. Abd. Aziz also shared information regarding the team’s benefit entitlements and promotion criteria, ensuring a positive career track for the staff.

The dialogue session, organised by the AIU Human Resource Department, received praise from the staff and played a pivotal role in fostering motivation among them for the year 2024.

Also present were Madam Norpisah Mat Isa, the Registrar, and Masliza Zainol, the Director of the Human Resource Department, accompanied by officers.
