AIU Registrar Connects With AIU International School Staff
ALOR SETAR, 22 February 2024 – The Human Resource Department of Albukhary International University (AIU) coordinated an interaction session with the staff of AIU International School (AIUIS), hosted at the School Meeting Room on 15th February 2024.
Guided by Madam Norpisah Mat Isa, the Registrar of AIU, the session aimed to discuss the staff’s welfare and the advancement of the organization. It covered various aspects including job satisfaction, staff motivation, communication, and teamwork, fostering a supportive workplace environment, opportunities for employee learning and progression, acknowledgment of staff contributions, and setting updates on the school’s objectives for 2024.
The conversation also encompassed strategies aimed at nurturing open communication, collaboration, and pathways for professional advancement. Additionally, plans were laid out to acknowledge and reward the exceptional performance of the staff, aligned with the school’s vision and objectives for the upcoming year.
The session garnered commendation from the staff and served as a significant platform for the management team to engage with the staff, collect feedback, and cultivate a shared commitment to achieving organizational excellence in the year 2024.
The session was also attended by Masliza Zainol, the Director of the Human Resource Department, accompanied by officers.
