Empowering BEE Academic Staff: Workshop on Excelling in Classroom Management and Lesson Planning for Elementary Education

ALOR SETAR, 23 January 2024 – In a dedicated effort to enhance the teaching expertise of BEE lecturers, a workshop titled “Excelling in Classroom Management and Lesson Planning for Elementary Education” was conducted last week on January 17, 2024, by the Center of Teaching and Learning (CTL) in partnership with the School of Education and Human Sciences (SEHS).
The workshop, facilitated by prominent educators from the Teachers Education Institute (IPG) Sultan Abdul Halim Campus, Sungai Petani, Dr. Rusmawati binti Othman, and Dr. Umazah binti Omar, aimed to equip academic staff with essential skills and strategies. The workshop delved into critical aspects of elementary education, equipping educators with the skills and strategies needed to excel in classroom management and lesson planning. The event aimed to ensure that the academic staff is well-prepared to navigate the complexities of modern education, fostering a conducive learning environment for their students.
The workshop concluded with participants acquiring a comprehensive toolkit of practical insights and tools.
