Hult Prize Oncampus Competition

Finally, the wait is over! The Hult Prize Oncampus committee is delighted to announce its 2nd Oncampus Competition. Our very own AIU students who were brave and audacious enough to take upon the 2023 Hult Prize Challenge: Redesigning Fashion will be presenting their innovative social enterprise ideas to a panel of three distinguished judges: Dr. Jeffrey Cheah. Miss Baitulhusna Ahmad Zamri and Mr. Muhammad Syafiq. It is a great honor to have them.
Dr. Jeffrey is a senior lecturer at the Graduate School of Business (GSB), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia. He is also the unit coordinator for Yunus Social Business Centre (YSBC), a member of Albukhary International University (AIU)’s Board of Studies for the Master in Social Business program, and affiliated faculty of the Centre for Social Policy and Social Entrepreneurship (CSPSE), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).
Miss Baitulhusna Ahmad Zamri is the founder of Nazkids Enterprise, an accredited social enterprise located in #Kedah state that empowers underprivileged women to find employable and dignified work at home by making exclusive traditional baby clothing and accessories from Songket with a vision toward helping them become empowered beyond product making and self-sufficient in expanding their own businesses. And Mr. Muhammad Syafiq Bin Mohd Zuki is a degree holder in mass communication (major in journalism and minor in public relations) who believes that encounters that expose us to our worst side help us become the best.. Syafiq was a former broadcaster at Media Prima Berhad, hosting and reporting for TV. To be exact, he spent two years at TV3, 6 years in the marketing department at Aman Central, the northern region’s largest mall. Last but not least, he is currently an executive in the corporate communication department at E-Idaman Sdn Bhd.
