AIU Hosts Expert-Led Workshop on Strategic Human Capital Management
ALOR SETAR, 25 November 2025 – The Human Resource Management (HRM) Society of Albukhary International University (AIU) successfully organised an enriching workshop titled “Managing Human Capital Strategically” on 20 November 2025, which was held at the Library Seminar Room, Level 2. The session featured Adjunct Professor at the School of Business and Social Sciences, Mr. Mohd Adam Mohd Said, Group Chairman and Principal Consultant of Profess Consulting Group.
The event began with welcoming remarks and an opening speech by Mr. Mohamad Mokhlis Bin Ahmad Fuad, Deputy Dean of the School of Business & Social Sciences (SBSS), who emphasised the importance of strategic human capital development in preparing students for future leadership roles within a dynamic global workforce.
During the workshop, Adjunct Professor Mr. Mohd Adam Mohd Said shared practical insights and real-world examples on how organisations strategically manage their people to achieve long-term success. Students gained a valuable understanding of workforce planning, talent development, and the strategic alignment between human capital and organisational goals.
To express appreciation, the HRM Society presented a token of gratitude to the speaker for his time, expertise, and meaningful contribution to the students’ learning experience.
