
AIU Lecturer Conducts Training for Teachers at Addien Integrated Islamic School

ALOR SETAR, 8 October 2025 – Madam Noor Jannah Afi, a lecturer from the School of Business and Social Sciences (SBSS), Albukhary International University (AIU), conducted a training session for teachers at Addien Integrated Islamic School, Alor Setar, yesterday.
Held under the theme “The Role of Murabbi: Upholding Teachers’ Etiquette in Islamic Education”, the training focused on strengthening the role of educators as murabbi, mentors who not only impart knowledge but also nurture values, discipline, and character.
The session highlighted the importance of teachers embodying noble etiquette in their teaching practice, serving as role models for students, and upholding the trust placed upon them as educators in Islamic education. Madam Noor Jannah emphasized that teachers are not only responsible for academic instruction but also for shaping the moral and spiritual growth of students.
The training was well received by participants, who expressed appreciation for the insights and practical guidance shared. It is hoped that the session will inspire teachers to continue fulfilling their roles with dedication, sincerity, and adherence to Islamic values.
