SoftNex Opening Ceremony Marks a New Chapter of Innovation at AIU

ALOR SETAR, 23 September 2025  –  Albukhary International University proudly witnessed the official launch of SoftNex, a youth-driven 3ZERO Club dedicated to fostering innovation, digital skills, and community empowerment. The Opening Ceremony, held on Saturday, 13 September 2025, from 8:30 PM to 10:50 PM at the AIU Auditorium, brought together students, advisors, and top management in a vibrant and inspiring celebration.

The evening commenced with a welcome by MC Muhammad Haziq and a Qur’an recitation by Mansoor Hassan, followed by insightful speeches delivered by President Faizan, Advisor Ms. Syaza Lyana Mahadzir, SRC representative Nyan Phone Zaw, and SCI representative Ridwan Afolabi Muhammad.

The highlight of the programme was the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony, officiated by Dr. Muath Amayreh, Madam Nurul Hamidah Mohd Hamdi, and representatives from SRC and SCI, symbolising the beginning of SoftNex’s impactful journey.

The programme continued with a video showcase, an engaging lucky draw, and an interactive Kahoot quiz on technology, adding excitement and joy to the evening. The ceremony concluded with words of recognition and acknowledgment by Dr. Muath Amayreh, Madam Nurul Hamidah Mohd Hamdi, and President Faizan, followed by a memorable group photo session.

The event created an atmosphere of energy, collaboration, and meaningful connections. With the support of the AIU community, SoftNex is committed to advancing innovation, equipping youth with digital skills, and contributing towards sustainable development in line with the 3ZERO vision.
