AIU Students Join Malaysian Fit for Community Sports Engagement

ALOR SETAR, 19 August 2025 – Albukhary International University (AIU) students strengthened community ties and promoted active living by volunteering in the Malaysian Fit programme, organised by Kelab Belia Desa Bendang Perang.

The event brought together AIU student volunteers and local villagers for a series of friendly sports activities, fostering camaraderie and mutual understanding between the university and the community. Participants engaged in various games and physical challenges designed to encourage teamwork, fitness, and social interaction.

The students were accompanied by lecturers from the School of Business and Social Sciences (SBSS), Ms. Farah Syazwani Hayrol Aziz, Ms. Nur Jazanadia Jamaludin, and Mr. Aiman Muqri Ahmad Shukri, who provided support and encouragement throughout the programme.

Through their active participation, AIU students not only promoted healthy lifestyles but also demonstrated the university’s commitment to community engagement and social development.
