Increase in Visa Fees

Dear All,

Please take note that the EMGS has announced an increase in fee for new visa application and renewal of visa. At the same time, the government has also announced the SST that will be imposed on revenues including that of charges imposed by the higher education sector.

With the above, the Board of Governors of AIU in its meeting on 28 June 2025 has approved for the revised visa fees to be as follows:

Fee for New Visa: RM3,500
Fee for Renewal of Visa: RM1,100

Please take note that the above fees are effective for offer of admission dated 1 July and beyond and application for renewal starting 1 July 2025 and beyond.
