ALOR SETAR, 2 July 2025 – Bachelor of Media and Communication (BMC) students from the School of Education and Human Sciences (SEHS) held a screening showcase on 26 June 2025 at Studio 3, presenting a range of original projects under the theme “Inspiring Stories, Unleashing Creativity.”
Running from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the event featured short films produced by second-year students alongside broadcast and podcast projects from first-year students. Developed under the supervision of Course Tutor, Mr. Mohamad Nor Hisyam Musa, the work echoed both the students’ technical development and their commitment to storytelling despite a demanding semester.
Each student group gave a short presentation, drawing on their creative choices and the challenges they faced during production. The event concluded with encouraging feedback and strong support from the audience.
The event was hosted by second-year student, Evelyn Usaiwevhu and attracted an audience that included AIU Registrar, Madam Norpisah Mat Isa, SEHS Dean, Professor Dr. Abdul Malek Abdul Karim, staff, students from SEHS, the School of Computing and Informatics (SCI), the School of Business and Social Sciences (SBSS), and guests from outside the university.
