Wattanatham Islam School (WTI) Thailand Visits AIU Campus

ALOR SETAR, 19 February 2024 – A group of 215 students and teachers from Wattanatham Islam School (WTI) in Pattani Province, Thailand, visited the Albukhary International University (AIU) Campus on February 15, 2024, as part of their tour to various destinations in Malaysia.
Accompanied by the School Director, Ibrohim Ha, educators and students alike arrived at the AIU Campus filled with excitement and enthusiasm, eager to explore AIU and the wide range of opportunities it offers.
“We’re thrilled to be visiting AIU, especially since some of our school alumni are currently studying here. Witnessing their progress fills us with pride. We hope this will inspire and motivate their juniors to strive for academic excellence and recognize the numerous opportunities awaiting them,” expressed the Director.
During their visit, the group was assisted by the AIU Thai Student Association (ATSA), with support from the School of Business and Social Sciences and the Corporate Communication and Marketing Department. Mohamad Mokhlis Ahmad Fuad, Head of the Bachelor of Finance (Islamic Finance) (Honours) Programme and Lecturer at SBSS, provided the group with a comprehensive briefing on AIU, including its Vision and Mission, academic programmes, Social Business initiatives, and the 3ZERO agenda.
Following the interactive session, the group was taken on a campus tour to further explore the AIU’s state-of-the-art facilities.
